All products on CudiApp are digital goods. There is no physical shipping. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased products from your account.
After purchase, digital products can be accessed and downloaded from your profile page under "My Purchases". You will also receive a confirmation email with access details.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if the product does not match its description or has significant technical issues.
To request a refund, navigate to your purchase history in your profile, select the order, and click "Request Refund". Provide a reason for your request. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or wallet balance. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for refunds. Products that have been substantially downloaded or used may also be excluded from refund eligibility.
